new ritteri of spring

my ritteri is growing a new head . the new head has a foot and then the head with tentacles and what looks like a mouth in the centre.
its growing from the under side of my existing one and it looks great.
i thought some think was up as my ritteri has been a bit deflated of late and has been sitting down by the bottom of the tank. it usually sits at the very top right under my 250 watt lights. im trying to get a picture but its in a funny spot and im getting lots of glare

Dude, you gotta get a good picture. I would love to see this, I have a ritteri myself. I don't think many people have had a ritteri reproduce in their tank like this, awesome. Good luck with it

I've heard of splits like with BTA's but indeed I don't think I've ever heard of budding in this species.

It has now started to seperate its self from the original one. im trying to get a decent picture:rollface:
