Thanks for the response! I'm new to anemones, so trying to educate myself. What makes you say it is sick? I've had a couple others on a Facebook group tell me it's just pooping. So far it has done this every other day and once it excretes everything it puffs back up. Not second guessing you, I'm considering all options

Trust me, I tried other options. All ended with the sick anemone dead and several other previously healthy anemones sick or dead.
Cipro treatment is your only option if you don't want to flush the anemone.
My protocol:
Dosage: 250 mg per 10 gallons for at least 7 days. Treatment is done when the anemone stops deflating. After that, at least one week of observation.
Water changes: 100% every other day or as needed if the water is cloudy.

I was going to say it's pooping as well. Every other day is quite frequent though. If it looks normal the same day then it's fine.
