New Royal Exclusiv Alpha cone skimmeres

Anyone ever see or know someone who has a Royal Exclusiv Alpha Cone skimmer? I have a supermarin 300 internal for the 350, but would love a new skimmer for the FOWLER. Currently it has 2 Geo large recirculating skimmers working like mad on it. The Alpha 300 cone skimmer was awesome air and water stats, but I can't find any info on comparing them to anything really. Thanks!

Don't have a 300 but the 170 is an absolute amazing skimmer. It pulls some serious gunk and I have had many different skimmers and his is by far the best one yet so far. There both made by the same company royal exclusive and from what premium aquatic said there about the same skimmer just a slight different design.

I have a 300; works well, very quiet. it works better than any skimmer i have owned, but i only had "junk" before.

What size tank is this on?

I have used them and seen them used on a couple different systems.

650 total gals. 500 display with a 150 sump. Big fish, 14 inch Vlamingi tangs, etc. Big bio load.

It would just about be maxing it out.

I would seriously consider a XP8000I. I've never used one but it looks really promising for your size setup.

I used to have an Alpha 200 cone. Loved mine. It was a beast!
