I think its the angle..he is little compare to her but not as little as this picture makes him look.

Yeah, she is still in the purple lta she keeps looking at the carpet then returning to the lta. I am going to only feed them on the side where the mertensii is. Maybe that will convince her to go to the carpet.
The male slept in the carpet last night. That was cool.

Ok the female finally went to the Mertensii but I haven't seen them both in it at the same time ..yet. When I do I'll post pictures. I fed the mertensii today. It ate the food fast and then closed its mouth tight again..this makes me so happy.

Its just too bad they are so big and are difficult to find in small sizes, because they really seem to ship well and then acclimate to the aquarium quickly.

I think the first picture out of the three is my favorite picture so far. I love her blue stripes..I'm always seeing the blue in their stripes now that they are in the 120g.
