Sweet aquascaping. So all you said is that you used concrete to get them to stick together?

yes i do.
my reef structure bottom rock i use the heavy weight (5-8kg/pcs) & solid rock it wont move, start middle to top i choose light weight rock 1-2kg/pcs), to avoid structure collapse cause of strong wave(4x6100 & 1x6080) i secure all the join with cement, but still easy to snap by hand power if want to change. so far so good the reef structure can handle the wave.
:) :) :)

yesterday i skip office to do the chiller.
im using 1HP outdoor unit Hitachi original Japan.
chiller Coil

thermocontrol

Finally chiller finish
start running 5pm, i leave home 7pm & back at 10pm, the temp reach
73.4F. seem like the chiller enough for m system.
i will keep running for 3 days to make sure the system fine.:) :)

last week i try to collect mud from magrove conservatory
the mud look amazing.
fresh mud mix with a bit of fine granule of sand. the mud & the sand colour look darker in real more like carbon granule colour
MuD & FINE sand

I know everyone has said it but your aquascape is incredible. Can you explain your chiller? Did you make it yourself, and what materail did you use, and what are you using to controll it? I am looking into getting something for my tank for the summer. I live in South FL, and will have a little over 300 gallos in my garage.

thx Eric
my chill system very simple
thermocontrol/thermostat with temp probe as a brain
the breaker as on/off for the compressor.
coil is better using the titanium. in my country only available 26feet length, which is not enough for me, i want more coil inside the water to generate cool faster. so i decided just using normal aircon pipe wrap with shrink hose. the coil dip inside water 36feet length shape in spiral form.

Today start filling refigium with medium & fine granule sand
sand 2 cm thickness, will top up with mud 3cm total 5cm

also ph controller & Co2 solenoid arrive!!!

nice looking sump and filtration setup man... Nice amount of room to work as well.

Nicely done. Yeah that rowaphos can be a pain in the @$$ but it does work well. At least getting out of the sump won't be to hard. Awesome man... looking to see your progress.
