New tank build around wrasses

So I'm thinking about up grading from my jbj 30 to either a 60g cube which is 24x24x24, a Red Sea reefer 250 which is 65 gallons and is 36in x 20in x 21in I believe and a Red Sea reefer 350 which is just an extra foot added on to the reefer 250. Now I know bigger is better but I only plan on having a total of about 3 flashers, two leopards, flame wrasse, and a lineatus wrasse. Also a pair of clowns and an swallowtail angel. I'm in college and wanna go with the minimum tank size to support the life of these fish with out stress. Opinions will be greatly appreciated!

A 4' tank is best as some of those species really get into their displays and will use all 4'.

That's s lot if wrasse for one tank! You better super size the tank.

For a 75, if you intend to keep the same tank long term I think you should reconsider the Swallowtail Angel. They grow to a fairly decent size (7-8 inches) and that's a bit too big for a four foot long tank for such an active fish - Genicanthus angels are known as really active swimmers and as it grows it will do better in a longer tank.
