Newbie makes fish purchase mistake - Trade?

Hi All,

Well, my JBJ 28g 150 HQi nano tank is finally ready to have a couple additions, so I went and got myself a nice goby. There's only one problem, he's not the fish I thought he was. Somehow in my mind I was buying an Orange Spotted Goby, but he's really an Orange Spotted Sleeper Goby. I didn't realize this until I made it home, looked in my Scott W. Michael's 'Marine Fishes' book to verify it's identity, that I had made a mistake. The difference is that according to Scott Michael, the fish I bought requires a minimal tank size of 55 gallons. Oye, next time I will bring the book with me!

I just purchased him today, acclimatized him, and he appears to be quite robust at this point. The LFS had him for 12 days, and he appeared healthy and was actively sifting sand while there.

So it comes down to this: I can't keep him. He's a gorgeous looking fish, but he deserves to be in the proper sized tank. The tank is cycled and I was thinking I'd like to start off with a frag of Zoa's (no coral in it yet). Is anyone interested in a trade? I live in Woodland.

All thoughts and comments appreciated.

Regards,

Michael
