$2396.00. says so right on the tag. Seems like a great price! How much to install? Are you doing it yourself? can I hire you?

Howie, was $2396 minus my 10% I get from the depot, not sure on the total w/tax, we got the last 2 they had in the midwest that were clearanced, they no longer selll the 13/15, been replaced with a 16/20 i think. Kathy ill pm you when we get caught up from the storm.

somebody really needs to teach you how to resize pics! :D

Looks good, can't wait to see it with all those cabinet doors.

Mark, engineered wood with ceramic on top, as long as you spend some time making the 1st row perfect, the rest goes easy & I bought this on close out at lowes .20 a sq foot, normally $3.97 a sq foot. Bought 7 pallets for $408.00.:D

When I was retiling my basement bath I was going to use that so up to Lowe's I went. They stopped carrying the tile faced ones and they were cleaned out of the remaining ones. You got them! I ended up laying regular tiles.

I have read that tile on the internet had some issues, now Lowes is no longer going to carry it. The tile would crack easy and in a few months you would see it.

I emailed the company and they told me they fixed all the issues with the new product, however Lowes would no longer carry it.

So hopefully you will not have any problems with it.

The guy at the Lowe's I go to said the problems were only in more constant wet applications like bathroom showers and sauna's and not the occational moisture exposure.

Every thing I found online happend in kitchens and places like that. They develop hairline crakes in them. The company said they fixed that problem.

I actually used the same tile for a splash guard in front of my tank. I went with the "Precision Tile" because I have hard wood floors and wanted to be able to remove tile if I ever moved the tank. Most of the tiles now have hair line cracks in them, most likely from standing on a chair to work in the tank. The foam mat that they have you lay down is not nearly the same as a good thinset and real tile. IMO

Just for anyone thinking about tiling around the tank, thinset isn't really for heavy wet exposure and you're much better going with a grout and adhesive you have to mix. If you read up on them there are some you can use outside even (I think it's keraflex2 and keracolor grout w or w/o the s depending on grout width). In our bathroom I went with everything that could potentially be used outside even just in case these boys decide to see how much water can really be on a floor before it flows out the door.
