Noisy Vortech DrySide FIX!!

Successful MP60 rebuild on my part now. There was an aluminum disc covering some screw heads on the back. Once that popped off I was able to get everything apart and it was very straightforward. I found a miniature bearing puller at work. I don't have a picture handy, but similar ones are less than $10 online, so use one of these and don't break your magnet.
6000z bearings front and back.

My cover didn't have the two screws that the one above did, so I ended up having to pry it out. It went back in with a solid snap.

I may need to get into my MP60s (five) that are failing on me after 3-4yrs. Any pictures you may add to this post will be greatly appreciated and thanks

I'll try to take a picture of the puller. Madehtsobi's pictures a few posts back do a nice job of showing the insides.

Thanks jccaclimber and Madehtobi .. I will go over the thread as well with my thanks to both and to ALL THANKS

NP! Take pics n post up as well! Make sure u get a bearing press for the first time around!

I used a metal L shaped ruler from Harbor freight the second time around since it was "looser" to get the bearings off

New question, if I may please. A newly repaired and noisy MP60 now started to flash red and green ... Anyone knows what could possibly be going on and why it is flashing red/green THANKS

Red/green is stall detected. I've only had that a few times, not on an MP60 I've rebuilt, and it always goes away on restart. I would clean the wet side and make sure it is free. Otherwise I wonder if your bearings are putting the motor in a slight bind. Does the dry side spin freely by hand?

Sorry for the long delay, I finally figured out what the puller at work is. It was sold as a battery terminal puller. Ours is a Blackhawk/Proto ET1071A, $25 online. The Lisle 54150 for $18 on Amazon (Prime too) looks like the same thing.

Hello guys!
My name is Benjamin and I'm living in Germany. I have a question to you, sorry if I do any mistakes :-)
I decided to replace the bearings of my MP10. I opened the dryside and saw finally two different kinds of bearings. Did anybody see this before? I only read about two same bearings inside. Thank you :-)

Good morning to all I need desperate for your help. When disassembling my 40 qd inside find a small one washer, but I can not understand its mounting position. I tried to run the pump without this but the noise and too much. When I dismounted the part was attached to the side of the magnet, , but I can not believe it is the right position, think that it is attached to them because of the magnet
Please, anybody can help me put my pump back into operation.
I apologize but I did not upload the photos., I hope somebody can understand my problem

Here are the pictures

Hard to tell from here and I've only done non QD 40's, but I suspect a bearing shim. Is it the same OD as one of the bearings? Flat, or wavy?

I know this is an old thread, but I'm hoping someone can help me out.
Can anyone post pics of the washers used in a mp40wqd and where they are supposed to be.
I knocked them out and not sure if I'm missing any or which one goes where.
Any help is appreciated.
