Non-Return Valve

Roger, I just purchased a Tunze Calcium Dispenser to dose Kalk-2 when topping off my sump. It came with the new-style non-return valve which looks great. However, the one I got was not glued very well and the two pieces came apart when I tried to push the tubing on... I have some Tangit and tried using this to glue the pieces back together, but it didn't really weld the way I had hoped. Do you have these valves in stock?

Are you sure it is the new style valve? The new one is a natural polypropylene, it is kind of an off white, the old one was two parts glued together, a black portion and a clear portion and what you describe is more like the old one.

There is a silver label on the outside of the box that says "With new non-return valve", and the valve that I got is two parts glued together, clear and black as you describe. The inside has a small spring with rubber plunger.

Tried using a Tetra airline check valve and but it seems to restrict the flow too much.

That is the old one, sounds like something got mixed up, PM me your address and I will send the new one, it is much more industrial looking.
