Nori Vs. Dried Seaweed?

Our largest oriental grocery store here in Charlotte has a decent selection of dried seaweeds. I have heard that when they roast Nori some of the nutrients are roasted out.

Anyway, I'm wondering if anyone has any experience at feeding dried seaweeds and can tell me if there is one variety that is better than another for typical herbivorous reef fish? Or am I better off to just stick with Nori?

Go with the normal sushi nory (the one you get in the store) way cheapear than comercial seaweed. Don´t get the roasted one cause your fish will not eat it !!!
