NTB Ballast for SE 250 MH

I am in Need of a ballast to fire a single end 250w metal halide for as good of a price as I can come up with, if any one has one. I would like a reflector as well though it's not as important as the ballast.

I would be very happy with a small coralvue with a spider reflector or something as not to spend much money. but I need it kinda quick since two of my lights went out on my ODNO's and I am thinking about replacing that whole setup with another metal halide.

Ebay has the m58 ballasts for 52.00 with shipping I think. It's a DIY thing though.

I saw those even though I don't really know what they are... but the biggest reason I am getting away from the setup I have is a fire that was started tonight, I think I want to get away from DIY wiring LOL
