Any marine meat will work. Fish, shrimp, squid, crab..................

I always inject mysis, or krill with some sort of carotenoid, anti oxidant or any other coloring agent or astaxanthin based soak, along with proteins and ... and that seems to do wonders for all my anemones, they just color up like you cant believe it

I don't feed my RBTA at all. It gets everything it needs through the photosynthesis of it's symbiotic algae and the pellets that the clowns bring it every once in a while. If you have good lighting you shouldn't need to feed at all.
