Did you guys see that Santa Rosa was voted the best city to live in the US! They said that home prices will rise 6% this year and that is the fastest across the country. Went on to say S/R is the largest city in wine country. Things may be getting better.:dance:

PS: For anyone looking to buy a house the Govenator just signed a 10K tax credit if you buy a house in the next few months, that's 2k more than the feds!
