Official Innovative Marine Owners Thread

Also, thought I'd let you guys know, my third and (hopefully) final IM desktop skimmer. Been on the tank for about 10 min now and it seems to be doing alright now.

And here's about halfway done on the new aquascape. Nothing fancy, but it's better than the last scape and it fits the tank better. Still need to place the corals but I'm giving them a rest from stress right now

Thanks M4rz!! It still has a ways to go as far as coral placement. Nothing is in it's permanent placement except for the pink birdsnest and green monti.

The lights are zetlight aqua 2421

I am up and running. 40 fusion with radion G3, mp10wes, and IM reactor. Have custom caddies and tunze ATO in the mail. Excited to get back into the hobby!

M4rz,
I actually got a great deal on mine. I got the light and the controller for ~$200. Basically got the controller free. Another reefer from my area is a zetlight dealer and he hooked me up a bit. The aqua is on the lower cost end as far as led fixtures go, but I love it. Corals have great color am growth. Granted I do wish it had more of a full spectrum, but really no complaints otherwise.

With a few hiccups I Finally got the correct stand. I have a problem with the doors but Brian at IM is sending me two new doors. Thanks Innovative Marine! Great customer service!!

Fist attempt at aquascaping. I am waiting till the end of the week when my lfs gets in branch rock to put under this and raise it up a little and make some cool caves... The rock on the left, towards the back, is only staying for a while till the tank cycles. It is from an existing tank. I needed it till I get the branch rock to keep the other rock stable. What do you think so far?

I just ordered my light. I decided to go with the Razor. I considered the Kessil, and it came down to the Kessil or the Razor. I decided to go with Razor, I was able to get it at a great price, and that included the mount. I also like having the controls built in. I still have to decide on a skimmer and some wave makers

Love the Razor!

Tank update: Innovative Marine came through with my replacement tank, it finally arrived yesterday. (Ten days to arrive thanks to a crappy truck line). I have to go back to the LFS in a bit to pick up my pump and hopefully the clips that hold my cover glass. All they shipped is box only. Rock and live sand in and tank filled with water from the LFS' coral show tank so cycling should be minimal. About to go pick up the hardware and then go back later and pick up my live rock that they kept wet in a tank for me. Fingers crossed as I wound up wrapping some of my rock in newspaper and died to keep it damp. Didn't put it outside so no bleaching, still have most of my color. Will pick up a few pieces of branching rock they got in to help cycle. Heater and wave maker powerheads running and heater and skimmer in (I use the Hydor SlimSkim). Lights on (Razors) and it almost looks like a real tank again!
