Aquarium Village has a special sale on esv salt for $50. They are running low but they are getting a new shipment this week so i would call before you go.

Apparently Aquarium Village is having a sale on ESV....I've received several PM's claiming it is on sale for $50....which is great in 1 way since we created some competition but annoys me in another way since I'm now questioning what kind of deal was extended to us from Pets Warehouse since ESV gave them the "extra discount". I'm going to confirm the sale and then contact PW. The group buy may be a moot point.

Several members have picked up ESV at Aquarium Village since it is on sale cheaper than our apparent "deal" and understandably bailed out of the group buy. I was in Nassau County today and stopped by the store and confirmed the lower price. If anyone is still interested I plan on calling the owner of Pets Warehouse tomorrow to see WHY another store is having a sale which is cheaper than our "special price". I'm a little perturbed and embarrassed since I thought we were getting a decent deal. If everyone wants to cancel out of this.....that's fine with me....if you want me to pursue this I will. Sorry for any confusion.

THIS GROUP BUY IS OFFICIALLY OUT OF BUSINESS.....

Apparently the group buy was not needed....all we needed was some old fashioned competition.

It goes to show you....the owner at Pets Warehouse was supposedly giving us a SPECIAL DEAL @ $55 then Aquarium Village puts the salt on sale for $50....so PW turns around and sells it for $40....why don't they just GIVE IT TO US when we walk into the store.
Stock up everybody.....

He's selling at a loss.....I called Aquarium Village and they won't match because he's loosing money....OUR GAIN.....but it still peturbs me that originally PW stated that $55 was our "discount" price.....just goes to show you.

too bad the sale is only at their copaigue location...if kevin would extend it to CP he could clean up on the nassau sales as well. =)
