I don't think so. To get a chance to get a superstar????? Baron doesn't have to do all the work and get worn down.

The more this situation worsens the lower his value gets... I actually want this situation to get bad so that A. He gets traded out of the conference, preferably to the east. B. The lakers get squat and not really be able to rebuild.
 
Is it intriguing to see Baron play with a talent like Kobe... but at what cost... Monta/Biedrins/ future picks and probably richardson too... I say that's too much..
 
the only team have what the laker want is the maverick.DIRK is probally done after what he's done during the playoff,which is nothing.:)

It is the club forum Andy. We are allow to talk about OTT stuff if we like. Since there are a lot of B-Ball fans here, why not?
 
Every team will take Kobe in a heart beat. He is not a cheap shot. Finally it was Buss that sent Shaq away, not Kobe. In some occasion, he didn't handle thing quite well. I think the medias like to take cheap shot on him but that's what the medias do. He is the only player on NBA can take over the game by himself. If you were a player, would you rather to see Jerry West sitting in the front office or Isiah Thomas? I hope he and Garnett united and we'll have another champion team.
 
I hope not since I'm a Warriors fan. You are right Bladze. Any team will jump on him in a heart beat. I can't believe many of you guys will not want him because of his questionalble character. Remember, that's what they said about Jordan when he was young. You just don't see many players with his talent and will.
 
Remember what they said about Baron David when he was sent off Charlotte? Now all Warriors fans love him ...:D
 
I hate Kobe, he is selfish, and the way he hogs the ball, no one else on the team will have a chance to work on their shots to get into a rhythm during the game. HE is better off in the East where they only play defense :D :D
 
The selfishness isn't because he's selfish. His team wants him to be that way. Why? Because if he wasn't, they wouldn't get that far. BUT the downside is, since the rest of the team isn't that great, if Kobe has an off day or gets hurt, Lakers is screwed.

Look at Cleveland, if Lebron was as selfish as Kobe, they would be in much better standing than 2-2 against detroit.

But then again, instead of saying it's ok for Kobe to be selfish, how about the rest of the team gets a little better? =P
