you are definitely a moron, hasn't anyone told you that?

I just want to be half a year ahead of everyone else!

2012 Mayan calendar 2012 ascension and the Great Awakening.

The Call to awaken is most often felt as a nagging urge or internal push to "find out." What are we to find out? Well, it is different for different people. For some it is a concern about what's up on planet earth, the Mayan calendar's 2012, a pole shift, weird weather, "things" happening in your life, odd physical symptoms, dreams, our lunatic leaders, 2012 prophecy, end-times screamers screaming "the end of the world is nigh," and other stuff like that. For others it is increasing awareness of biblical prophecy. For some, the sleepy ones, it is a dramatic world "wakeup" event like 9-11(<-- emergency wakeup call, right?). It could be a lot of things actually. Like I said, "the call" is different for everybody. It comes down to whatever works to get you moving.

So, have you been feeling an urge to "find out?" Have you been asking yourself spiritual type questions lately? Are you wondering whether the end of the world is 2012, or whether the Mayan calender 2012 end signals the end of civilization as we know it. Are you thinking about rapture and the second coming? Are you worried about your chances? Are you one of the "chosen?" Are your worried about the increasingly ugly things that the media is telling you are going down on this earth? Are you beginning to think that maybe there is more going down on this earth than meets the naked eye?

Or it could be the next time j takes pictures of his tank after scraping the front pane:lol:

Must be a left coast transcendental thing.

After all that it's definitely, Or it could be the next time j takes pictures of his tank after scraping the front pane

Well I just typed 2012 mayan calender into the search engine and copy and pasted the first thing I found that almost made sense:lol:

But I agree it's likely the latter!!!

 I'm doing assignments for class this late. The e-mail notifications of subscribbed threads just pull me away!

Besides, my wife wanted to sell everything and move to poulsbo last week, so I have to tune in to see WA in real time!

ouch. that hurst guys! I just cleaned my glass. I do it whenever I am having guests...:D

That's Patty hurst I assume?

Now that I think about it...that's pretty lame, but the best I can muster at this time of the am.

Well, the tank was looking sweet today. Crystal clear, animals all happy, so I vacuumed my overflow and clouded the tank!

I have been getting asked to post pics of my modded Tunze 6025 here and in other threads, so without further yawning...here they are.

This mod was done by the World Famous Don Nguyen (WFDN), a master at pump modding for sure. It provides a lot more flow, turns on in the correct direction every time, and only burns 7 watts! Yes that's right...I am guessing somewhere around 1,800+ gph at 7 watts...

What kills me about all of Don's mods, is that while he is good and has a lot of experience, his solutions for essentially poor designed powerheads are very simple and easy to do. It amazes me how much garbage is being sold in the hobby, and this pump is a very good example. As far as I was concerned, after trying this pump out stock, I was going to round-file it. It was total junk, and when taken apart, appeared to be made out of Radio Shack parts. I would never post anything positive about the Tunze products I have used or seen in use, but I am compelled to post about this modified 6025. It kicks butt! :D

WFDN also modded a Maxi-Jet 1200 that always turns on in the correct direction, runs well over 2000 gph, and burns 21 watts. That pump is hard to keep restrained!

So all he did was add the fishing line stop and cut 2 extra ports on each side, everything else is stock?

How did he do the stop?

my friend cut the all the solid black on the inside of the output port. I need to mod some of mine but not sure what's the best route.

Sorry guys, I posted one pic twice and left out another one:

The fishing line is the stop. It also has a beefed up prop.

I don't have a better picture but it's easy to explain. He drilled two small holes on opposite sides of the shroud, strung it through and knotted it. It's extremely simple and of course, cheap. I have other mods from him where he used rigid airline for the same purpose on more powerful powerheads.
