those zoas from Gabriel look fine today so I think it was a false alarm. The large yellow SPS colony that took a hit during the tank drain is almost gone. It had looked OK yesterday but today there is barely any tissue left. Good thing I took frags!

And again I ask, why is it always the best coral that bites it?

Not really improving. It's status quo right now. I am just trying to track down the reason why my clams are not so hot. I was looking for a smoking gun like elevated copper or something of that nature.
