Jeff: Cyphastrea Occelina (sp?) I picked up from Tyree. It has changed form 3 times but now looks a lot more lik ethe colony Sanjay has. The coralites have really started to protrude.

The algae is always on that stupid frag rack. I think it promotes algal growth, but I do have quite a bit of algae in the system.

The system seems to be stabilized for the time being, with corals on the mend, but I still seem some lingering problems, especially with several zoa/paly colonies.

take an easy and Hang in there..We are all getting old. My boy is already going top be 1 next year. Time is flying. My son sat at the table with us a few days a ago while we had dinner and ate his snacks.. DAMMM..Just 3 years ago I never ate at the table. Single and all I had in fridge was milk, beer, water, and if lucky some PB&J. hahahahha

Have you tried any alternative medicine for your back? I used to have a lot of problems with my sciatica and I went to acupuncture and it made a huge difference!

I did try acupuncture a few years ago but not much help. Good point though, maybe I should give it a go again. Part of the problem is that the county where I live does not have the best medical infrastructure. I may go to Seattle (like I did for the stroke) to get better help.

Thanks Mr. B. It's not such a good video, especially when watched in the default mode, but I figured I might as well post it. No sounds dubbed etc. because every time I do they get wacked by the host censors.

And also strange that he did not eat the nori like he normally does, which is to grab it, swim backwards sucking it in like pasta, while the other fish try to grab bites in vein.

yes. I have thought about that. I am guessing it would look even worse that it does now. and I don't let a lot of light hit the back wall anyway. Funny you mention that because I was thinking about that when I did the video.
