I am not sure if I'll get another idol or not, I've been debating. Nothing from the mandarins yet or at least I haven't seen anything.
FWIW, copps (John Coppolino) is convinced that two Idols absolutely cannot be kept together long term, PM him for more info. I take everything he says about fish with very high regard.

Greg, do you use a kalk reactor?
No I don't. I just dose Randy's 2 part recipe.

Thanks very much Austin and that is interesting about the idols. I am not doubting what you say but I wonder why that is, I've seen large schools of them together when diving.

I finally got around to doing the remainder of the panels this weekend so all that is left is some inside trim mouldings & a few other finishing touches and I'll be done, yeah. This took forever, I'll take some pictures ASAP. It just dawned on me that it's been a whole year since I started this build thread and the planning of this project. Wow time flies!

Thanks Jason.
elijaher, Thanks and I have been swamped lately so I haven't kept it clean. That will be a project next weekend.

Where is it now?

Where is it now?

Here is my old 130 gal which is located in the back of my fish room. (for good reason as you can see from the picture not much of a display)

Run inline with the system this tank houses mainly soft corals, low performance acro's, few plain jane LPS and some fish I can't keep or don't want in my display. Those angels eat anything & everything that looks nice and are very reef "unsafe"
