One more attempt at a Gigantea!

Hey everyone, Just wanted to see what you guys all thought about my new gigantea. Its pretty small but it looks good so far. I picked it up last friday.

as im sure you already know, you may want to move that bubble tip.

my green bubble tip would always do a number on my magnificas whenever they were close....even though the magnificas were easily double if not tripled in mass.

I decided to feed mine a little almost everyday (~5 times a week) this time around and it is doing very well. It also has a powerhead that is pointed about 3 inches over the top of it that is on for 20 seconds and then off for 20. Its only been 2 months, but its is growing and looks good.

Chris, you're right, SEVERAL of these have been popping up all over. Unfortunately I saw about 50 dying "yellow" ones at a major wholesaler out here.

There is a small purple S. gigantea at Tong's in FV today. Really small, but looked healthy enough and might be worth a try. In the tank with the green fire anemone (behind it). Have to look for it a bit which is probaby why it is still there.
