I used my dremmel with a disk and it went through it like butter.
Those plugs are a pit, but cutting them seemed easier with these new plugs over the old ones.

what disk? i might just need a new one, but my disk cuts thru nano streams like butter.

It's just one of those disks about the size of a nickel that are stiff and look like sand paper but they are used to cut through plastic.
I'll go find the name of them if I still have the container I bought them in. I'll be back.....

OK, I took a couple of pictures of the disk. Sorry, they are kind of blurry but you will be able to tell what I'm talking about.

This coral, IMO, is one of ORA's best right now, even though it may not bet a true echinita it's still amazing. Awesome color, super fast growth and very tough; can't beat that!! Here are some shots of mine I took today as well as when I first got it.

Post yours if you have one!

do you have a FTS This is currently under a 150 watt DE bulb???? WOW

Yup, all under a 150w bulb in a stock current sun pod fixture. I was running the phoenix 14k and while I really liked it I wanted to try one more bulb before I settle on one.

I recently swapped out the 8 month old, dimming phoenix 14k for a radium 20k and I must say they're is quite a difference between the two. The radium is much brighter and has a far more crisp white look to it, with just enough blue hue that actinics are not needed. I'm really liking it so far!. While on the other hand the phoenix is more on the bluer side and almost appears dim to my eye now that I've been running the radium. Both bulbs seem to promote good growth and over all great colors in my corals. I do think both bulbs look great in there own right and it will be a tough decision which bulb to buy once this radium craps out.

Well, here is a new FTS that is kind of crappy but oh well. Please don't mind all the white rocks and putty; I've been doing some re-arranging and the tank is kind of a mess.
