These things are cannibals!! Cannibals I tell you!!!
Mine ate..yea im pretty dang sure it ate my frag of red acan!! I came home one day and it was sucking up my red acan. It looked like a giant space-ship beaming my poor red acan into its mouth! it was crazy, only one head of acan survived the attack. I have pics on my cell, ill try to upload them here in a few.

Hey wait - how does that work? Do the acans scoot over or something? Aren't they attached? Can they reach? I need to know :fun5:

Usually a fish or snail moves them in my tank bc its on my frag racks, and they just burn the other corals.

its because they are a different species right? my acan lords are all next to each other and they do fine. before i sold my orange crush, it definitely had its buffer zone lol

yeah they'll eat anything..
some eg..

Echinatas are the real devils. They can out sting/eat most other corals. Maybe not an Elegance.

The Lord mowin a cerith is cool, I had a Red Cynarina eat a large trocheus before. I though that was going too far. Nothing beats this though...

Yup. Lords puff up in circular rings, tubular almost. Echinata stay flat for the most part, sort of encrusting. Although, Orange Crushes can sometimes look puffy, but more like a golf ball. Lords will have single tubular heads...

See pictures.
