Orange Shoulder Tang, no color change

I have an OST that I have had for 2 years. Very healthy approximately 6 inches long. I figured I would have seen a color change by now. Any thoughts?

A guy told me ( he owns Orange Shoulders ) that if their not collected in Hawaii then they won't change. Or could be the other way around since it was so long ago. Sorry for the little help

What other fish in the tank with the orange shoulder?? That also plays a role color change.. If there's need to establish dominance fish sometimes take longer to change..
