Order shipment info link not working

When I try to get the shipping info for my order (by clicking the shipment link from the Order History page), I just get a web page that says "ForbiddenURL".

Also, part of my order was backordered, according to the shipment email I received. One of the sentences in the email says "You can view the status of the back-order by logging on here", where the word "here" is a hyperlink. That link also takes me to the "ForbiddenURL" web page.

Here is the information you requested your tracking number is 1ZE837720302303442, you do have one item that is on backorder the PINPOINT SALINITY CALIBRATION FLUID, we should have that item back in stock in a few weeks, other than that everything shipped out on August 6th.
