Ordering a new tank

I want to order a new seahorse tank, and need some advice on the dimensions for the tank. I want the tank to have an overflow and a sump and skimmer. I want the tank to be some where between 30 to 40 gallons and also what skimmer do ya'll suggest I get for this tank.

I chose 40g tall to give the seahorses the height they like to do their thing. If you are diligent with husbandry, you should have no problem keeping two pairs, as long as they aren't some of the huge ones.
Because my 40g seahorse tanks aren't drilled, I have to use overflows for them.

I am thinking of having this tank made, should I have a CL system on this new tank? Everything I have read so far says P. heads are not something you really want in a SH tank. Would two holes for the closed loop plus the return line from the sump be enough flow so that I wouldn't need a power head? The tank I am thinkig about would be 24x24x24, anything wrong with the tank size. Where in a tank of this size would you have the CL holes placed? I could go taller with the tank if it is suggested that I do so, the LxW are pretty much all the room that I have because of where the tank will be placed. Any other advice that ya'll think that I might need, please fill free to speak up.

I can't afford to have tanks made for me so I either drill a standard tank or use overflows.
I use power heads in my seahorse tanks but they are protected so tails can get to the impeller.

here's the plumbing scheme of our 50 gal pentagon SH setup. there are 3 CL returns. there is a manifold on the CL pump that splits the return, then one leg of that goes to a BH in the tank bottom near the back O/F wall, and the other two are on a SCWD so they alternate. the returns are all valved so i can balance the flow as needed.

as for PH's, i personally do everything i can NOT to have them in ANY of my setups, SH or not. they're ugly, and always seem to need attention of some sort.

Just to update ya'll on where I am at with this. I am tying to find a used tank in my area and have posted on several local boards, its a shot in the dark to find the tank I want, but you never know. The tank I want ordered from my LFS with stand and canopy is about a grand. The LFS said he could sell me a 29g tank that wouldn't be drilled with a HOB skimmer with T5 lighting, and a stand for $350, but thats really not the direction I want to go. What I want, is a tank like namxas posted above ( thanks for posting that pic for me namxas ) Anyway, I will keep ya'll updated on my tank search.

Namxas, do you run a chiller with this set up you have, what kind of lights do you have on this tank and do you have a pic of the front of this tank?
