Hi Roger
I have only used this Osmolator for a week and it has stopped pumping water. The water container it was in did run dry, I refilled it but no more pumping action. I followed the trouble-shooting tips in the booklet about inverting the pump to get any trapped air out of it, and making sure the power supply is set to 9V, etc. but nothing makes any difference.
I will manually top off the tank and the light turns green for level, then when I come back in an hour the pump light is back on. This will stay on for about 15 minutes (guessing) and then the red light for low water level comes on. Repeat.
I don't like being without a functional ATO so unless something suggests itself to you as a problem I guess I need to have a replacement pump Fed-exed to me.
I will pm you with my phone number etc
thanks
