OT- Anyone familiar with residency laws for Franklin County?

If so, please let me know. Not sure if I'm asking for the correct thing. Along the lines of homeowners duties regarding maintaning a home if you don't reside there or in that county.

yes you have to cut the grass if it get over 8" and no the goats don't count.

What if there is literally no grass left? Just dirt. Grass died a couple years ago

Well, I can't be too specific. However, the house has not been lived in for several years. It's dilapidated. Trying to find out what they're required to do and I'd like to find a list of all the things they're violating.

Well my parents had some neighbors at their old house that did not up keep both inside and out. They were in the Manchester area of St. Louis county so it is not the same as Franklin County. Between Manchester codes and St. Louis county codes the neightbors were forced to clean up the place inside by the St. Louis County Health codes and outside by Manchester and County codes . Most munucipalities have codes you could contact them to find where you can review them. The county should also have a list of codes.
