chan gailey and entire coaching staff have been relieved of their duties ! also just released that john gruden will be interviewing with nfl teams for vacant coaching positions. hopefully buffalo is on his list of interviews !

It's the popular ticket selling move or should I say a move to move inventory as it was so delicately put by the CEO. The point missed is that this organization has developed a loser culture. Morethan a decadeof losing transcends any single personnel decision. It's rotten;Buffalo deserves better. The best they can do is a dopey condescending " make your mom proud campaign" directed at the fans and an opt out of blackout relief options. . How many quarterbacks, coaches and flash in the pan signings will it take before some accountablility is placed where it belongs with the executives who conveniently keep a low profile and set a losers tone by not making any waves or setting any standards or expectationsor boosting morale . Likely a few changes and then more losing but the reason will be a restart. Uggh,

It was better when Ralph Wilson was healthy enough to be more active, imo. The organization is leaderless now.,except for some venal arrogant bozos who don't respect winning, the game or the fans.

I'd love to see Ralph pull the trigger NOW:

Sell! to Golisano, Jim Kelly and/or others interested in keeping the Bills in western NY and making them great again.

Did they ever kick around an arrangement like Green Bay has?

I think this is more important than the proposed new stadium and I surely hope it happens before they break ground for a new stadium :lolspin:

Please not Golisano, he did a terrible job as owner of the Sabres. All he cares about is money, not the team, fans, players or winning.

It's so bad that after 10 years + of rebuilding now there starting to rebuild a team that was rebuilt after it was rebuilt!
We need a new, dependable qb while our line is still in good shape and we have he run game.

Golisano handled the Sabres EXACTLY how he set out to handle them and as far as I understand it was timely good for the Sabres. Money is what Golisano is about. That's why you bring in others (such as Jim Kelly) as well. Money + football savvy = winning combo.

it's gotta go above coaches and QB IMO. Been saying this now for a few years. The rotations at QB and coaching positions isn't making a dent.

Yeah that's true, they have been through so many of both. It would be nice to see them make a run for Ralph. He has been around for ever and done so much for football as a league and deserves at least 1 great year.

Yeah, we're totally screwed giving Brandon ANY control over football operations/decisions. IMO, only a miracle will fix things with Ralph still owning the team and giving all control to Brandon. He's a freaking marketing executive, not a football guy. Tom is right, any decisions he makes on football operations are wrong and just further the loosing culture and the demise of the organization.

I get it, he managed to turn canadians into season ticket holders (somewhere near 20,000 of them) and that's all well and good. Presided over regionalizing the attendance, which is realistically the only reason that the team is still here. That's great, but he can't make a football decision to save his freaking life. Proven it time and again and it's pathetic. You know what would have helped put people in the seats or sell the organization Brandon? WINNING! God help the poor souls they bring in next.

Well, we've done that Brandon thing before.

They want us to think he'll move us down the yellow brick road. But to me it's just another trip into the rabbit hole.

It's amazing how far sucking up, pushing off blame ,no accountability and not caring about quality organizational outcomes can get you in business and politics isn't it?

obviously not the news I'd been waiting to hear

obviously not the news I'd been waiting to hear

so Russ Brandon and Buddy Nix will remain for now.

Onwards with "overhaul".
