you do realize that the diver limit takes precedences over the boat regs in non monroe counties, and during sport season, it is 12 per person.

so the 30 bugs, (which by the way is actually 24 spinies, 1 smooth tail, and 5 slippers of which there is NO limit on the slippers, or smooth tail lobsters. ) so the divers pictures are 100% legal.

we actually got checked that day.

if you want to see another totally legal pick of some lobsters i will reference you to this

1stdayminiseason.jpg

which as you can see is there are quite a bit more than 24 pictured, and we got checked twice in that trip. once at 1:00am, and another time at 5 am when we cleared the inlet.

so thanks for trying on that one.

as for the jewfish, he's not going to get anything, and i'm sure he's a nice guy, but you should know what you are doing before doing a sport. would you have the same compassion if he was "harvesting stoney corals?" and didn't know any better? there is no difference as both are federally protected.

I like lawyers, when they are inside a wrestling wring with me and I am jumping up and down on their wekling body, something like nacho libre after he eat the eagle eggs.

that was "law blow"

No offense taken, i'm all for good lawyer jokes.

That last one was actually pretty funny;)

Seriously though, he should think about hiring a lawyer. The right one could probably make it go away. Theres definitely a good ole boy network going on that could help out his dad.

My father in law got a ticket in another county last year that i was going to handle. The day of court i didnt feel like driving there and had a lawyer handle it who covers most of that counties tickets for broward lawyers. He asked if he should just plea it out and i told him yeah, but try and get a good deal because it's my in-law. He said"oh! it your father in law? No problem i'll get it dismissed". Later that day, he faxed me the dismissal and told me he knew the officer really well and told him it was a friends relative so the cop didnt show up. For a case like this, the right lawyer can probably get it dismissed rather than paying a fine and having it on his record.

since you were not polite enough to respond to the PM, i'll just state something.

logical Fallacy

ad hominen tu quoque, (short form - to attack the person rather than to argue a point)

invalidates your argument along with that of Rogger's who also failed to respond to a pm. Since neither of you responded to my points, and Rogger did a personal attack on me, which more proved the point that he had zero clue as to what he was talking about.

end conclusion, if you don't know what it is, don't kill it.

consider this my Windmill.
