Tweaked how you like the taste of the pellets

It arrives today! But have had meats smoked on pellets and they are great. Also, Mike and the rest of the gang share pics with the group of various meats being smoked so I know the pellet smoker can hang with the big boys. Like I said they keep winning some of the prestigious competitions and others want them banned or in a class of their own.
 
Is that the traeger pellet? Keep the reviews coming, might have to buy myself a xmas present

This is a pellet grill made by the Englander pellet stove company here in the U.S. The grill is a licensed clone of Fast Eddys patented design. It has a sear side along with other zones for different temps of cooking including the smoker side. Did some quick sausages on it last night and very happy so far. Set your temp and the pellet hopper keeps dropping pellets into the pot. Doing a pork this weekend and brisket for Christmas.

Well, first smoke off and running. Started at 10pm last night and the smoker held the temp all night. 8 hours in seeing some good bark and we are at 163 out of my target goal of 200 degrees. Using the Maverick ET-733 wireless temp probes. Very happy how the smokers built in controller maintains temp by monitoring outside air and internal temp.

I rock a Smoke Vault 24 propane smoker with an 18" A-MAZ-N pellet tube smoker. Just set it and forget it! You guys are making me hungry. Maybe I'll make some fatties for Football Sunday tomorrow... Mmmmm!!!
 
Nice smoker, and I just picked up a 12" amazen tube for that extra punch for the first few hours. Worked like a chimney, very happy with it.
 
Got some pig candy on the smoker...just made a fresh batch of sauce and rub. Up next is a little pork butt rub love and maybe an apple juice/rub injection
 
Another successful pork butt...this time she was injected with Apple juice and my rub...super juicy. I think I'll inject from now on. I wanna do my next one with no foil and get some nice hard bark

Today is meat day .....
I traded in my treager pellet grill for a green mountain grill .
So in a little while I will have 3 racks of ribs down and a turkey frying .
MAN I LOVE MEAT.
