Free to very good home. I just dont have a cage for it. Its currently in the same cage as my cockatiel.

OK, let me think about this......you say he's "somewhat friendly" what does that mean exactly? does he bite when you put your hand in the cage? or something along that line?

No he just doesnt like to be held. He will sit on your shoulders no problem.
