I LOVE your tank...wow, I wasn't sure about the copartments at first when I was looking at the first couple of pages but it really came together...I can't stop watching those videos and I am very impressed how long you have had your fish...inspirational...

Just curious, when you were designing your partition tank what other ways did you consider dividing the tank into compartments? I'm thinking of ways I can do this in my next tank.

thank you, yes i think it makes my system unique , and allows me to do things that other systems cant do.I still believe it will evolve into a very interesting aquarium over years.

Yes the time in captivity of some of these fish truly is amazing to me too, they have outlived quite a few land based pets.

Hi Elliot, well because i have a single pane of glass this seemed the most feasible design to me , but i think many different designs are possible, for these divisions only limited by your creativity.

The Science of it is great though as it enhances diversity which as we know is very important to the success of a reef in nature

This is an amazing build. Keep the updates coming. Truly magnificent.

Thank you so much nahham, I am following your thread with keen interest that will be a mega aquarium and truly very exciting all the possibilities you will have with it! 19000 gallons!! wow

Your tank is absolutely stunning. I've watched your video a dozen times and can't help but crack a smile every time your massive French angel comes into focus. How large is it? It looks massive which is no small feat in a tank as large as yours.

So i realised i hadnt posted any pictures of my mandarin and the bangaai cardinal. I have had the Mandarin for over a year and half now , i am planning on getting another at some stage to try form a pair, they do need alot of live copepods in the aquarium. The Bangaai, is the sole survivor of the offspring of another pair i had from my old aquarium, i raised 25 babies to adulthood but in my rearing aquarium, a heater malfunctioned killing almost all but not this one and he is still around 3 and half years now.

Wow, just incredible. Great job  I always love getting a chance to see the super large species fully matured in systems like yours. Especially when I'm personally limited to smaller species/tanks.
