Outstanding Customer service

I placed an order with PA 2 weeks ago.For some reason a week passed with no delivery.I contacted Jay and he said the orded got messed up off the printer.He did everything he could to make it right.My order was at my door in 2 days.I just wanted to thank PA and Jay for excellent service.I will not shop anywhere else from now on.Thank you guy's
 
You know... I've had the exact same thing happen to me. I had to call and ask them what was going on. They did make it right of course. I like those guys but its a little frustrating sometimes when your expecting things and for whatever reason it gets messed up. They told me that my order got messed up by a printer error also.. Maybe they should invest in a new one!
 
Sorry for the problems guys. We did have glitch in our network that was not processing orders correctly. We have since corrected this issue, and I believe this latest problem was a little different from what was happening before.

I'm glad youre happy in the end, I will pass this message along to Jay as well.
