over stocking?

I would like to have the following fish in a 95 gal. wave tank with a 55 gal. sump ref. I would like opinions? 1 Purple Stripe Pseudochromis ,1 Court Jester Goby,1 Firefish Purple,1 Blue Tang, 1 Sleeper Goby Gold Head,1 Foxface Lo,2 Ocellaris Clownfish,1 Green Mandarin

That is alot but I think, as long as you keep up with your water changes you should be fine thats just my opinion. I have a 92G and I used to have 3 damsels, 2 clowns, a cuban hog, a french angel, a stars and stripes puffer, and a picasso trigger I changed to a reef though and really cut down

I would recommend a smaller Tang such as the Kole. Blue Tangs [I assume you mean Regal] can reach 1'
I would also recommend replacing the Foxface with a Dwarf Angel
Do not add a Manderin until your tank has an established supply of pods
