Damn that sucks!

I got the IM stand in white and I'm lucky it all came good with no damage but I did have a missing part which was a wood dowel that holds the back piece in place. Didn't want to wait so tried to find one at Homedepot and lowes but both didn't have same size. End up cutting a wood rod to length with same width and it kinda worked.

I'm having issues with the latch rod that pushes the door open. It's always getting stuck and I have barely enough of door sticking out in open position to pull door open to access. Do you have same issues?

It's always something right? LOL That sucks that you gotta deal with all that.

I'm waiting for my new stand to arrive. I HOPE it's all good. I really can't wait to get it all together and everything transferred over from my JBJ Nano.

I'll join in...tank came on Friday. Built the stand this weekend.

Waiting on new reefkeeper controller and some more lighting.

Breaking down a 20 high we've had for about a year that has been problems. It honestly was to see if I still had it in me to do this hobby. Did great till we moved into our new home and that sent it on a downward spiral. Most things are doing ok. Stupid gsp grew over and killed a lot but I should have expected that.

As far as this tank goes...going full led and your basic Berlin style setup : kalk top off, good skimmer, sand...etc. Livestock will be mostly lps and sps. A few small fish and inverts.

Looking forward to this tank. I like the way it's built but couldn't deal with the price for their stand when I know I can built better.

I'll post more progress in a build thread when I get closer to getting this thing wet.

Very, very nice stand. Wish I had someone near me that enjoyed doing stuff like that, I'd love to learn how. I ended up going to habitat for humanity. Got a base 24 cabinet made of solid construction. Fits perfectly, but not what I would have created if I had the skills, but I made it work.

Thank you very much. Now if I could only get innovative to send me a new barbed fitting for the stock pump that broke in shipping I could get this thing going...

A week and a half for delivery of the parts was enough. Went to lowes and got what I needed. Now time to get this thing filled.[emoji2]

Nice can't wait to see it up and running. I've been swamped at work with OT and have no time to try to make that stand. I ordered the replacement stand from Marine Depot. I'm hoping to have some time this weekend to get it together and get the tank on it and filled.

How many pounds did you get? I've never ordered from them so I'm not sure of the sizes of rock. On their site it says $3.79 or$3.99 PP. What price were these? Are the smaller rocks the better size for this tank?

Surprisingly it's only 10lbs. I was surprised. I believe it was on sale when I got it. 3.49 a lb I think. I'd have to check. Sizes are perfect for my tank. Not sure if it's the norm.

I like the aquascape and all the sand area up front. Gives lots of swimming room for the fish.

How much net water does everyone find their tank holds. I'm estimating right around 28 gallons and I did a 3/4" sand bed.

With about 2 inches of sand I put about 6 and a half 5 gallon buckets in. Had to remove some when rock was added so I'm thinking the same...between 28 and 30 gallons.

Nice, I had to do half of a 15 lb bag of sand to do a SSB. Much less than I expected. What are your stocking plans for Fish-Coral?
