Pukani from Brs. Ordered 30 pounds, still have two big rocks left after set up :) I have ocean review t247-b. I was planning to set up jbj45 and collected all the equipment for that tank for 3 month, including stand, tunze 9004 Skimmer, tunze nano ato, reactor. Last moment jbj cracked and I was able to get IM 40 for the good price, plus all the equipment will work for it too :)

FINALLY got a stand that wasn't destroyed during shipping!!! And got the tank up. Now to do a fill test and then I can start on my rock work. Can't wait to get this going!!

Nice! About time.

Mine is coming along nicely. Looking forward to reefpalooza this weekend.

taat2d I can't wait myself, waiting for stand to get built. Having local shop build a stand. Tank and gear at his shop, so we can test fit tank and IM ATO tank.

Airwaybill looks great can't wait to see what comes home from reelpalooza. Very clear what are using in chambers?

I just filled the tank and I have it pretty high in the back. I don't want to hear water. Not the level it should actually be. Hopefully someone with more knowledge can chime in here.

Wondering if I should hook up the phosphate reactor while I'm cycling the tank. The skimmer I'm going to leave off until it's fully cycled.

Been keeping mine just about the two last dividers. Keeps the water sound quiet and my heater submerged.

As far as a reactor goes, unless you filled it with tap, I'd leave it off. Just going to waste media and suck good nutrients out.

I try to keep my level about inch below second chamber. It's pretty quiet, but I wasn't sure if it's correct. In my biocube I have min and max marks on the side for the water level :) I have my reactor running with carbon, because I am curing my rocks in the tank and water smells. Will turn my Skimmer on in the two or tree weeks, it will be good timing to brake it in.

RO water only. Was thinking I could leave the reactor and skimmer off during the cycle. Thanks Bill.
