After reading everything I could find on ozone usage in the aquarium, and spending the past 8 months mulling it over, I've decided I'd like to try using it on my 330g display tank. I'm planning to use an ozone reactor (either the Avast Marine one or the Reef Octopus one) instead of my skimmer for injection...
I'm now trying to decide which generator is best. I was told that if I was injecting ozone into a skimmer, the best way to go is to get a higher rated generator, so that it would be on for shorter periods of time, injecting a higher concentration of ozone, which would interfere less with skimmer performance than a lower rated generator, which would have to be on for longer periods of time. I imagine that using a dedicated reactor would mean that this would be less relevant. I had been looking at this guy:
http://premiumaquatics.com/products/ultralife-ultrazone-360-mg-bulbstyle-ozone-generator.html
But am open to corona discharge units as well. Could I get some input/advice on which generator to buy? I'd like something that isn't huge, preferably, and that can be wall-mounted. Thanks in advance!
