Im sorry for missing that question.
How your ATO is configured? What about refill time? It's refill in first cycle?
Is your sensor mounted on last sump chamber? How big this chamber is?
With optical sensor you should get better accuracy than with floating sensors.

Hi, I'm using 1.4H Beta version and it still has many bugs such as it is not holding the names of the bottles.

When are you going to release an ultimate version?

Don't worry my friend.

To answer your questions.

1. Refill Time is 6 seconds. (I can double check it when i get home and send you a pic).
2. It doesn't refill in the first cycle. Sometimes in the second and another in the 3rd.
3. My sump is not divided and it is a 20 gal. tank. The floats are in the other side of the overflow and skimmer side.

Here is a pic for reference so you can see how low it gets to activate the ATO. This is an old pic where the floats wasn't reversed as instructed by Technical Support.

Hi Przemek
I've send another email to info@pacific-sun.eu with some picture documenting chronological events shooting the float valve, can you check your spam mail. I've installed 1.5d software and firmware, clear memory and reloaded the default settings, basically the sensor check =1 no matter how I move the low float sensor. what else can we do at this point without a new sensor in stock.
Best regards, and thanks again for taking out responding to all these threads.

Hi Przmemek,

I have done a firmware and software update yesterday. Firmware 1.5b and software 1.5d. Now the ATo isnt working anymore. Before i did the update it was working. The sensor check tells me the floating sensors are working. Even when i only use the optical sensor as main sensor it doesnt work. The Manual turn on autopump is working.

Can You help me please?

Best regards Tim Straathof

Edit:
I see the problem i think;
The box ATo enabled isnt turned on, but when i do that And press save, it sayes saved. But when i press read iTS turned of Every time. What can i do to fix this?

I have found what the problem was, i had contact with pacific sun poland. After I did a firmware update i had to do a default settings. And the box sound after a incorrect refill had to be checked. ITS now working Again. Good support!!

FUP Przemek...

Recieved my Kore 5th yesterday and i must say it looks amazing! However i would still like to have high and low level alarms instead of just the 1 ATO switch. Is this going to be a possibility at some point? I suppose i could just use my apex for high/ low and turn off the doser in case of an issue.

Going to run thru the calibration stuff today and get started with some Vinegar dosing as im still working on amounts for my mag,alc, and cal dosing.

Hello
Im sorry for late reply.
We are actually working on it and I promise to keep all of you updated.
Month ago we released app to upgrade firmware wirelessly using any Win/Mac/Android device and actually we are writing new ports(apps) for all this systems.
@Fcsteve777
Of course, you can use your Apex as emergency switch off doser for too high water levels.

@wcharon
Can you point me which question I missed? Im sorry, but I tried to find it but was unable..

There is no fluctuation with optical sensors - it react for water level change about 2mm-3mm.

Thanks as allways Przemek...

I am using Kalk thru my ATO and also using the floats as primary and it activates around 1/4" below the water level.

Should i use instead the optival as primary to avoid PH spikes as i has less fluctuation????

Im sorry for missing that question.
