And there it is.....
Customers fault because again, it must be the crappy BT card in my laptop.
Funny thing is, I just looked up my bluetooth card. Realtek RTL8761ATV-CG
Oh and I have my laptop(windows 10) to run at 100% power with no timeout when plugged in. So the card is not going into low power state while trying to transfer the data(and yes my actual BT card is set to 100% power while plugged in).
- Fast AGC control to improve receiving dynamic range
- Supports AFH to dynamically detect channel quality to improve transmission quality
- Integrated internal Class 1, Class 2, and Class 3 PA
- Bluetooth 3.0+HS compatible
- Supports Power Control/Enhanced Power Control
- Bluetooth Low Energy Support
- Integrated 32K oscillator for power management
Not that it matters since the thing is in the garbage.
Like I said before, hardware is great, software leaves a little less to be desired.

Please let me focus on facts.
We have only two ways:
1) firmware update app is not working and it's not possible to perform firmware update on any OS(Windows/Mac etc).
if above would be valid - NOBODY could be able to do firmware update using our app because if it's software released bug - this error should exist on all computers(for all users).
As it was proven also here by many Customers - Customers can update firmware on their devices(without matter what it is - LED lamp, doser, T5 lamp etc). All our devices use the same Class 1 modules made by Ryason.
In opposite to you - you can trust me or not, we have much more knowledge in this matter collected since 2009 year selling probably over 12-14.000 devices worldwide.
IF there are problems with CRC during firmware updates - they MUST be related only with that reasons:
a) weak BT module signal (small power radio installed in laptop). Placing laptop even on the doser or minimum distance will not help.
b) antivirus program which affect communication between two serial profile devices
c) energy saving modes, turned on screensaver(which stop BT communication ) etc.
So - reassuming above - there have to be something with your BT module/computer.
2) There is a problem related with your computer/bluetooth.
About technical details listed by you - maybe I wasn't clear.
Im talking about RF transmitter output ower not communication profiles supported by your computer.
It's like talking in many languages (your computer can do that) - but depending how "noisy" he is talking - is possible or not to perform that operation(our doser simply "doesn't hear" him).
It will be easier if you will post here backside sticker of your laptop(with model number and manufacturer info - ) it will explain everything.
Please post this photo here.
And Im not talking that your BT is crappy - it's probably to weak to perform that operation properly.
