What paint would be best to use for PVC returns for my tank?

I'm talking about painting the actual return lines, so the paint will be in the water. :eek1:

skip the paint, in a few months, if you keep your cal, alk, Mg and strontium up, they wil all turn PURPLE! Even if you paint them first. If they dont turn purple, well, then you have a water chem. problem. Start dosing.

People swear by Krylon Fusion availabe at walmart.

The KRYLON FUSION paint will work to color the plastic pipe and not leach into the water of your underwater garden.

But why bother? If your water chem is OK the coraline will turn it purple in a month or two. No matter what the surface or paint color.

So trust the coraline. As Chancey Gardener once said: "There will be growth in the spring. And all will be well in the garden."
