pairing clown question

I have a pair of fauls perc, and they were not paired up when i got them from lfs. After I put them into my tank they have been hang around together sleeping/feeding. @ weeks ago I introduced a GBTA just hope can find these 2 little guys a real home instead hanging around powerhead the whole day. After a week or so the bigger of the 2 start to approch it. It checking it out a bit and start going nuts in it during light on but still sleep around the power head in nite. Finally 4 days ago, she decide to stay in it. However, the smaller one just swim around and will never go clse to the GBTA and nite time it will just sleep all alone around the power head. Is this normal? I thought as long as one of the 2 will go in, the other one should usually follow. Or could it be just the larger one not letting the small one in before they are really pairing up.

Just keep an eye out for torn fins or the smaller one not coming out to eat. Other than that, all you can do is wait.

yep, the female will take over the anemone first, then the male can come in if she lets, and if he's a good boy. :lol:
