Parasitic amphipod

I believe my clown fish have been attacked . My female clown had a white type creature attached to her eye. I caught her to remove move but when I lifted her out the water it had gone. Her eye has now turned cloudy will she recover. Im going to freshwater dip both clowns and then put them in a hospital tank and treat with primafix and melafix. Should I formalin dip them as well?

I wouldn't bother with a dip or treating the clowns after the isopod (more likely an isopod rather than amphipod) has detached.

Not an isopod. It was smaller than that. White. Think clown fish eye was smaller than that. I've also seen them attached to the fins before.

Possibly flukes?
