Yeah - he had it wrong ALL along..... We don't use COWS. We use COVERED WAGONS.....

Except DO look back to my questions about T5s and Metal Halide lights and a 180 gallon tank I hope to do someday.

Hehe. Of course, by THAT time, the tank may have grown into something bigger, like a 240 gallon long.

hey that's a me too. I'm hoping to upgrade to somewhere between 100 and 180 in the next few months. I would like it to be 6ft long. I think I'm going to go with the T5's - it would take several bulbs, but I think I'd be able to not have a chiller too.

Ray (2ras) had a club meeting at his house and he's got T5's on his 180. And though, he's not keeping sps - a choice I believe, he could. Paul W. put a few frags in to see if they thrive and the sides exposed to a particular bulb are growing and have nice color. I believe with the addition of another bulb, he'd have what's condsidered a high light tank. I'd like to keep a clam or two though and they'd probably have to sit up on the rock. I haven't seen him post in a while, but he sent me an email with a list of his bulbs. I'll see if I can find it. Between his house temp and a couple of fans, he avoids a chiller.
