Do you have some pics of your tank and the pearlberry?
This suggestion is a bit risky, not knowing more about your system but have you considered adding some nitrate?
It would probably pull your phosphate down and may colour up the pearlberry..

Hi, I agree with Matt that pictures would help. But if po4 is really 0.2 that could be the problem. Or did you mean 0.02 for po4 which would be much better. Also when you say not colored up are you meaning brown, pale, dull?
Being an aqua cultured piece it will and should adapt well to a range of lighting. My pearlberry sat not doing too much for a very long time, but now has really started to look good and grow. How has the growth been on yours in the year you have had it?

Oh! That's very different..
In that case, I'd suggest feeding a bit more food or adding a fish or maybe try some aminos...
Could just be a hungry coral..

Ok yeah when I read 0.2 I thought that may have been a mistake. I like numbers like that but only if you can feed a lot, add aminos etc and still keep them there. If the food etc raises them a bit still no worry, those are low numbers. You may also be hitting it with too much light if it is at the top. That, plus low nutrients, will make for a very "uncolored" acro.
I do not have very intense lighting over my tank. The Pearlberry is maybe a little over halfway up.

Oh yeah. That's what I'm talking about..
I always though it was high light. Like Darryl V had it in his tank. Up high under 400 w radiums..
Maybe it doesn't need so much light.
But I still think it needs food to be really happy..

Mine is very high under 10 bulb 80 watt ATI T5 fixture. Gonna try fragging a piece and putting it lower.

I was just talking about this the other day at my LFS. This is the only coral in my tank that won't color up or grow. I've placed it in different places in both my frag tank and DT wit no luck. So weird

Hmm looking at the registry I would have said low nutrients, but, your other corals don't look bad or as if they are in too low nutrient tank. I would lower it a little to about half way down. A bit extra aminos etc wouldn't hurt either with the low numbers You have. The coral obviously isn't that happy where it was.

If it isn't going to color up in your tank I don't know what to say. I know how great Your tank looks and how well the corals do.... Must just be a bad piece you got ...
