Finally Upgrading

noticed the AZNR on the shirt isnt that a honda car club here locally...may be for something else i was getting gas and bunch of honda's pulled in with AZNR decals the other day

I'm no where near a diy guy, but I will soon be doing a 180g peninsula so watching this thread very carefully

Especially interested in the stand and noticed that the pieces on the corners holding the bottom and top frames are held up by nails.. Don't they have to be on top of the bottom frame and underneath the top frame. The way you have it it just seems that all the weight will depend on the nails...unless you will later add these pieces...

AZNR is AZ Nanos And Reefs.
My skimmer is a NAC8
I am using MDF for the skin in the sides and hood.
me and the wife have spent most of the day painting everything with KILZ stainblocker to protect the wood from water.
one gallon done and still not done lol
cant wait to get this thing painted and done.
My tank will be here Friday
I will need a couple people to help move the tank from chandler to maricopa hint hint

Got all my sealer done today next step is paint.... im going with a semi gloss black should look sweet.

I am interested in the proper way to paint MDF, I have a small project using MDF since is a lot cheaper.
