Petco has H. mags

I said I was giving up on magnificas but then yesterday got a text from my local Petco manager saying that they had magnificas from a push order come in (push order being one that corporate orders rather than the store). He gave me a great deal because he didn't want them in the store so here I go again. Anyways, usually when they do this they do it for all Petco's with a decent sized saltwater budget, so if you are looking for one...

Sorry about the picture quality, the other nem is on the move so I've had a hard time photographing.

Scared of petco

These two magnifica are better looking than the other two I have purchased at a premium from reputable LFS. I did buy them at arrival so that's the main difference. Petco uses the same wholesalers as everyone else and even owns live aquaria now. No reason to be scared of petco specifically just like at an LFS you have to use your best judgement on each specimen.

So figured I would post some updated photos. I have now had them 3 days, the larger one is still slowly positioning but neither one has shown any sign of deflating.

Sorry again with the poor picture quality

Very nice. I went to my local Petco today. No luck here in NE Pa. Just the usual bleached Lta's and some condys

5 days in QT without deflating so I put him in DT last night. A Red/Burgundy column small Magnifica with light yellow tips. Color is off due to the blue coloration of my AM light. I need to get a pedestal for him later this week sometime.

Wow yours looks like it has done well too!

Here are my two after 7 days: (smaller one has not deflated once, the larger one deflated about 40% for ~5 mins yesterday but I am hoping it is related to it slowly moving around the rock)
