It was a very nice setup! Very Very Crowded!!

Unless i missed it, wish you could see the big tank from above...i am referring to the tank with the 4 Whale Sharks!

I think my favorite was the huge reef with all the tangs, anthias, triggers, etc...

man those are some really nice nice pics. esp the jelly at the end. i wish i had a little baby black tip.haha gotta love the predator fish.

Hey Ben why don't you show some pics of your new tank!!! Good meeting you yesterday by the way.

Good Luck with the new beast!

You can view both tanks from above, the reef tank and the whale shark tank. You just have to pay extra for the behind t he scenes tour. They are both really empressive. The reef tank is alot bigger than it looks from down stair, they have natural lighting suplemented by halides, and a lagoon at the top with some more sharks and other fish up there, the wave maker on that tank is incredible.

I second the endorsement of the Georgia Aquarium. It is almost reason enough to go to Atlanta - just to see it. My son echoed his sentiments as well regarding wanting to see it from the top - especially since the whale sharks tend to swim near the surface. It's not the cheapest aquarium around, but as forementioned, it is now the world's largest (apparently the previous largest was in Tokyo, but they say you can fit 3 Tokyo aquariums in this one).
Now that I'm into SW aquariums, I want to go back with a different perspective.
