that is a very nice tank.i see two white 90s in the corners, are those from waveboxes?is that your new tank?how long has it been running?i see you have corals in it,has it cycled yet?just asking cause im setting up mine and wondering how long till you added your corals.

Ben,

Looks real good!

Thanks for the hawkfish, I haven't seen him take any thing but pods did he eat frozen or what?

i think you should add a harlequin tusk :-P sucks htat your wifey didnt want him. :( anyways the tank looks awesome, you should get a tunze wavebox, those things rock

Thanks for the compliments!

Greg, he mostly ate frozen...especially pieces of krill!

Forgot to mention, all fish and corals were added right away! Being that i used my existing sand and rock except 2 pieces and used alot of my existing water, i found no reason not to put everything right away. NO problems....the corals that died were not a result of cycling!

Very nice! I'm assuming from the thumbs-up above that John built the tank for you? I can't wait until I have the space for a tank that size:)

You are correct, John did the tank.

Chris, i am using a Hammerhead pump feed 2 returns, 1/3hp chiller and 30gal refuge located outside. Overflow has 3 2" drains feeding into a 3" pipe into the sump. All other plumping is 1.5".

I also have EuroReef RC 8-3+ skimmer and Aqual Ultraviolet 40w UV.
2 phosban reactors, 1 with carbon and 1 with phos material.

2 Tunze 6100's for flow and Tunze Osmolator and Kalk dispensor (soon to be hooked up) into my 20gal high tank i use for water top off.

Sump is ~35gal acrylic also from John.

4 250 Reef Optix3 with 2 10k Reeflux bulbs and 2 Phoenix 14k bulbs with 2 T5 actinics. Only other item i can think of is i also run Ozone into my skimmer.
